Jordash Kiffiak, PhD

Jordash is the founder of OMIΛEIN. He has been teaching Koine Greek using a communicative approach, as well as designing teaching materials, for over twelve years. Jordash has offered courses in various post-secondary, high-school and local church contexts. He has taught Greek in Israel, Switzerland, the USA and Canada, as well as online in a variety of contexts.

Volunteers

The enthusiastic participation by a number of volunteers enables OMIΛEIN to produce learning resources. A huge debt of gratitude is owed to the hard work and generous investment of Whitney Lundquist, as well as Beto Gonzalez, Jo Woo and a host of others.

contributors

Other Koine Greek teachers, scholars and people in industry contribute to the success of OMIΛEIN through the beta testing of various materials as well as, in paid and unpaid capacities, contributing ideas towards the company’s pedagogy and business strategy. Worthy of particular mention are Dr. Ben Kantor and Greg Schliesmann.

Take a closer look at the Logo’s Icon

In the OMIΛEIN logo’s icon you can see Jesus and two of his disciples, with a road in the middle. Jesus is talking with his followers, teaching them about himself, as they journey together. The picture recalls the Emmaus-road episode in Luke 24. (Learn more about the disciples here.)
